We are not responsible for any delays due to customs or other circumstances beyond our control.If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up from the carrier, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Retail items may be returned within 3 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached. Bulk and custom orders are final and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a defect or order error on our part. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details.
